COVID-19 Operations Message and Health & Safety Protocols

COVID-19 Customer Service Update:

We are desperately seeking a green investment in order to keep our sustainable coffee mission and program alive. This is not by choice, but out of necessity.

This means that most of our efforts are currently focused on securing this investment.

At this time, we do not have a customer service department that can answer individual questions about coffee orders, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We intend to reconcile this ASAP.

Until then, if you have any questions regarding your coffee order, please see our Urgent Coffee Order FAQs.

What We’re Doing to Keep Our Community Safe

We continue to navigate this challenging time and we wish to provide an update on the actions we’re taking to keep our community safe, secure, and well-caffeinated.

Most importantly, we take social distancing recommendations very seriously and have established measures within our headquarters, which include limiting our hours of operation as well as both employee and customer numbers in our shop. We’re also taking additional precautions to keep our communities safe, including extensive cleaning and sanitizing of our locations while they remain open for business.

We wish safety and health to you and your loved ones, and we are extremely appreciative of your continued support and cooperation. It’s not an easy time for anyone, but together we can get through this.
