1. How do I get my hands on some Merchants coffee beans?

If you are seeking our coffee, the best and easiest way is to place an order through our website – this will allow us to streamline our operations and service all orders more efficiently.

Local (Toronto, Canada) order pick-up locations include our Restoration Cafe & the St. Lawrence Farmer’s Market (Saturdays only).
We also offer a number of Canada-wide delivery options via our online store.

Green Bean Members

If you are a green bean member and do not have an account on our website yet, please set up an account. Afterwards email your username to us at info@merchantsofgreencoffee.com, so that we can activate your membership and provide you with instructions for placing membership orders online.

Fresh Coffee Network Customers

If you are a Fresh Coffee Network customer (ordering wholesale fresh roasted coffee), please be sure to contact us at our new address: freshcoffeenetwork@merchantsofgreencoffee.com

2. Is your cafe open at the moment?

Yes; however, we are only serving roasted and green coffee beans. All beans are pre-packed in 227g/454g kraft bags and sealed with a label and roast date. Sorry, we are not serving cups of coffee or scones until further notice. Cafe hours of operation have also been reduced. Please see our cafe page for reduced COVID-19 operational hours.

Given the fluidity of the COVID-19 situation and staff availability, our hours of operation may change on short notice. Please check out our Restoration Cafe social media feeds for any hours changes (Instagram Stories, Facebook, Twitter) before you plan to visit.

3. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver locally (within Toronto) and ship our coffee beans Canada-wide. For local delivery, please email us directly to inquire. We are currently working on a new, more efficient and lower cost delivery service for the GTA and will share details once ready.
